The Alien of Scientists A & B

When two scientists investigate a crashed comet in Texas, the find out that the "comet" is actually a UFO. And inside is a baby alien, who's brother is on the other side of the United States, in California. With the help of a postman named Mark Sayman, the big brother alien goes on an adventure to save his baby brother, and maybe... the world.
